After retiring from the Air Force and before opening Arrico Realty and Property Management I began my civilian career as a mortgage broker at Florida Mortgage Funding and Premier Mortgage and as a Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty and Total Home Source, Inc. I was very successful and closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions, but something was missing. I wanted to own a real estate and property management company. I went back to real estate school and earned my Florida Real Estate Broker License and opened Arrico Real Estate and Property Management, LLC. Since then, Arrico has managed 100s of homes for large institutional investors like American Homes 4 Rent as well as small investors and people who are required to move due to military service or employment reasons.
